Sheep Ranch!! We hope these pages are

RoundAbout Sheep Ranch is our family
“hobby” farm located in North Central
Missouri. We primarily raise Babydoll
Southdown sheep and a few critters here and
there that like to call our small farm home.
Babydoll Southdown sheep are a rare breed of
miniature sheep. They only attain a height of
a maximum of 24 inches. They make great
animals for small acreage. At this time we
have a small acreage farm and were looking for
versatile pets. Babydolls are hardy yet gentle
with excellent flocking instincts. They make
wonderful pets and are great little “lawn
mowers”. As you can tell from the pics these
sheep look like small teddy bears.
At this time, we are breeding to increase our
numbers and hope to have lambs for sale in
the near future. We have sheep from both
the Olde English “Babydoll” Registry and the
North American Babydoll Southdown Sheep
Registry and Association (NABSSAR).

The first birth on our ranch of a
Babydoll Southdown Lamb. Her
name is Zoë and she was born
April 2007. She has found a friend
in our dwarf goat “Mr. Pickles” who
isn’t much older than she and
joined our ranch about the same
time that she was born. They are
definitely BFF’s.
